yummmm!

this delicious picture is a small hint at what the dinner menu will consist of at the wedding.. mmm! we've almost wholeheartedly decided on breakfast for dinner. i know, strange concept, but, in my family, we LOVED doing that, because, c'mon, who doesn't love breakfast? there's such a huge variety of foods that, you can at least find soooomething to eat. whether it be cereal, breads or yummy yummy turkey bacon, it's hard to not love breakfast. so, lauren and i, sitting here in my so-quiet-it's-kind-of-creepy office have compiled a lovely list of breakfast items that will be easy to prepare, for those angels and saints that have and will volunteer their helping hands, and also eclectic enough to satisfy the palettes of my guests.

here goes! i will try to write it out according to .. genre? of food? i try with all my might to be a foodie, but, alas, i am not one.

drinks:
mimosas
sangria (yum! how many times have i typed that already? i really love breakfast)
sweet tea
unsweet tea
orange juice
apple juice
cranberry juice
water
milk
chocolate milk
hot chocolate
coffee

too much? i don't think so.

varied pastries and muffins from where ever we can find them.. shh, don't tell people that they won't be home made.

biscuits & gravy
english muffins
toast
varied bagels

cheeses
cream cheeses
jams
jellies
butterrrrrrr, of course, it is the south

donuts
granola
& momda's scones

turkey bacon
fatty pig bacon (for those grease monkeys)
sausage patties
scrambled eggs
boiled eggs
momda's breakfast pie
breakfast pizza (that's right!)
sliced tomatoes
fruit
cereal boxes (the itty bitty ones)
grits
croissants
hashbrowns

uhhh okay, so the category thing went out the window about four menu items down, but y'all catch my drift.

*yawwwn* anyway.. that's one more exciting aspect down. i figured it didn't have to be a secret, because, really, what would be the reason? now, if i were to ride a donkey down the aisle, THAT would need to be kept a secret.
